Googling "Joe Biden" won't bring up the Democratic presidential hopeful's official campaign page, but one of the top results looks a whole lot like it. He added, "I look at Joe, I don't know about him". "We could just start with clown", Biden told about three dozen supporters at a $1,000-to-$2,800 per person fundraiser in Columbia, South Carolina. Biden joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss why she thinks her husband can unite a divided country, and her new book, "Where the Light Enters: Building a Family, Discovering Myself".

The campaign team of Biden did not immediately respond to requests for comment regarding the matter while a spokesperson for Pence had no additional comment beyond the on-air remarks of the vice president.

"What I would say when I'm president to Vladimir Putin is that we've got your number, I've got the Federal Bureau of Investigation after you, I've got the Central Intelligence Agency looking at all of this, I've figured out what you guys are up to and we're going to protect our elections and we're going to put increasing sanctions on against you".

On NBC's "Today," Biden told host Savannah Guthrie that her husband was "grateful" that Anita Hill took his call and heard his apology for how she was treated by the Senate Judiciary Committee when he chaired it during the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

"I'm just saying that perhaps the best way to win, if you're not Joe Biden, is to go out there and to talk about your record of leadership, talk about the things that you hope to do to help the American people". He accused nearly every other Democratic contender of stealing Medicare-for-All and other "socialist" platform ideas from Sanders' 2016 campaign. "So it was hard, and that's what I try to get across to my students - that you really acts of kindness are so important, because you never really know what's behind someone's smile". They were a very affectionate family. What do you think? "But to attack Joe Biden simply for being Joe Biden, that's not going to work". And to a child, to a grandchild, they said, pop has to do this.

Sanders, however, echoed Biden's words from a fundraiser in SC that he wants the 2020 campaign to focus on issues affecting American voters and not on personal slights and attacks. "I have to be true to who I am and I want to keep teaching, ' and Joe said, 'Yes, you should.' So honestly, five days, seven days after the inauguration, I was in the classroom, and I taught the entire time".
