Lukaku and Eden Hazard both netted twice as the Red Devils routed Tunisia 5-2 to leave them top of Group G and on the verge of the last 16.

Cursed by the "Golden Generation" tag for their last two worldwide tournaments, Belgium have been seen as underachievers given the wealth of talent at their disposal.

"It will be major changes against England", Martinez told reporters after Saturday's 5-2 thumping of Tunisia in Moscow that means the Belgians will be sure of reaching the last 16 if Panama, whom they beat 3-0, fail to beat England on Sunday. Dylan Bronn and captain Wahbi Khazri were on target for Tunisia.

Lukaku's goals made him the World Cup's joint-leading scoring on four with Cristiano Ronaldo.

With one eye on the England game, Martinez took off Lukaku, then Hazard as the half wore on and for the final 22 minutes brought on Batshuayi, who could have scored five.

The Chelsea star sprinted onto De Bruyne's lofted pass, held off two defenders, rounded keeper Ben Mustapha and tapped home Belgium's fourth goal in the 51st minute.

Hazard won and converted a sixth-minute penalty before Lukaku ran onto a Dries Mertens pass to coolly slot home the second 10 minutes later.

Belgium's last World Cup game against Tunisia was in 2002 when they played to a 1-1 draw.

"We are still growing and in certain situations we didn't control the ball well enough", said Belgium's Spanish coach.

However, Tunisia will not make life easy for Belgium as they seek to provide a bright spot in a poor World Cup for African sides, with Egypt and Morocco already out.

Hazard hit the ball low and left past Tunisia goalkeeper Farouk Ben Mustapha to give Belgium the lead.

Against England on Thursday, Belgium will be favored to advance as the victor of Group H.

"I felt something in my calf in the first half but nothing big and I think I will be OK tomorrow", said Hazard.
