Walmart Canada Adds Weird Games To Pre-Order List

Of course, there's every chance that it's not legit, but some of the biggest confirmations of titles we've had prior to their formal reveal have come from retail leaks like this one - so bear that in mind. Rather than choosing to ignore the listing and wait for a full reveal likely at E3, however, it seems that Bethesda has made a decision to take a different approach and face it directly. Some of the games on the list have already been revealed (Metroid Prime 4, Super Smash Bros., The Division 2 to name a few), but there's a lot here that is completely new. However, Splinter Cell, LEGO DC Villains (spelled as "Villans"), and, perhaps most notably, Rage 2 are curious choices to say the least. That last one could be a placeholder for Dragon Quest Builders 2, which is a real game that Square Enix expects to launch before the end of the year.

The newest one comes from Walmart's Canadian website, which outs the existence of several notable games that have yet to be announced.

The other games leaked aren't all that surprising. Readers should exercise a healthy skepticism around news from these accidental postings; however, the volume of unannounced and previously confirmed games might elevate this leak to some notoriety. Borderlands 3, Gears of War and more can be found among them and, interestingly, RAGE 2. Of course, there are a few titles on the list that don't make sense, such as Forza Horizon's 5 which seems impossible when there hasn't even been a number 4. Numerous other games listed have already been announced by their publishers. Among the games listed are Borderlands 3, Forza Horizons 5, Just Cause 4 and Rage 2.

The original Rage is a cult classic from 2010, so a sequel coming eight years later is more than possible. Let us know in the comments.
