The police said that the accused, who has been identified as Abeed Vazeer Sayyed (25), has had a criminal record against him since he was a juvenile.

Police charged Romanoskey on November 14 with two counts each of attempted robbery, simple assault and harassment.

Both the Family Dollar and Southside Pharmacy were robbed around 9:35 a.m., police say. Agents also report no one was injured in the robbery.

The four teens were all charged with with robbery with a risky weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery with a unsafe weapon, assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill inflicting serious injury and felony conspiracy.

According to Newell, 29-year-old Albert Jamail Hickman has been named as the suspect in the Family Dollar and Southside Pharmacy robberies.

The victim additionally told police his pockets were searched and money was stolen.
