The Privacy Settings navigation pane has got unique levels. Microsoft is expanding the list of hardware capable of being calibrated for HDR.

Other new features in this Build include an HDR calibration tool to improve compatibility in more displays, a more honed eye control experience for those who struggle to use a mouse, an update Game bar that improves access to your recordings and toggle your webcam and mic. Microsoft says that "applications are always allowed to have the ultimate choice of which GPU to use", and thus you might still be able to / want to adjust preferences within some specific applications.

There are also Diagnostic Data improvements.

Windows S, which is reportedly shifting from a fully-fledged OS to being embedded within the Windows 10 Pro and Home versions, is using alternative techniques to make the process of logging in more secure. And there's a new "clutter-free printing" option in the print dialog for Microsoft Edge.
