Hannibal Buress Fights With Cops, Gets Arrested, and It's Caught on Video

Comedian Hannibal Buress was arrested late Saturday night and it was all caught on video.

Buress, 34, was booked into a Miami-Dade jail at 1:57 a.m. and posted bail just before 6 a.m., records show.

A cell phone video posted on Twitter by user @eyehatgabe shows Buress with his hands behind his back against a patrol vehicle as two officers question him. At the start of the two-and-a-half minute clip, the comedian can be heard shouting, "Am I under arrest?" "Explain what Im detained for".

Buress again asks "what am I being detained for?" The Herald reports that the incident began when Buress asked a nearby police officer to call him an Uber. "Take the handcuffs off of me, I didn't do anything, I'm not getting in your auto", he said. The area is home to Art Basel-related events, which draws celebrities from around the world, the newspaper reports.

He ended up being released a few hours later after posting a $500 bond. The officer says he refused, which caused Hannibal to become angry and belligerent.

If you listen closely to the video, Buress does have the last word. The tweet read: "Hello Billy, Mr. Buress was arrested for disorderly intoxication, on December 9, 2017, at approximately 10:30 p.m".

He's a rising star in the comedy world, and appeared this year in the summer blockbusters "Baywatch" and "Spider-Man: Homecoming". He is also known for talking on stage about rumors of sexual assaults by comedian Bill Cosby, who was later accused publicly by several women. What do you make of Buress' arrest?
