That's your job: CNN to Donald Trump

Although it's unclear exactly what set Trump off, the president has long dismissed the network as "fake news", and has a contentious relationship with Jeffrey Zucker, CNN's president.

CNN took to President Donald Trump's favorite platform to respond to his latest tweet dissing the cable news network. The outside world does not see the truth from them!, Trump tweeted. Also Trump's tweet spawned a new joke format. However, examples of the pro-Trump website's work can still be seen on its Twitter account.

"'Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that can not be limited without being lost.' - Thomas Jefferson, Jan. 28, 1786", he tweeted.

Later on, media critic David Zurawik said that Avlon was "absolutely right" and that the president would just prefer to go to his "Twitter pals" at Fox News like "Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham".

The president's tweet Saturday is not the first time he's spoken about CNN in terms of the worldwide community.

Comey also may have violated his employment agreement for leaking the memo, but was already out of a job by then.

His latest tweet comes about a week after the Department of Justice sued to block AT&T's proposed $85-billion purchase of Time Warner Inc., which owns CNN. However, they negatively represent the country in the world.

Comey, arguably one of FBI's most controversial directors, has been criticized, particularly by Trump, for leaking information to the press.
