The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Are Coming to Injustice 2

Injustice 2 is further giving us characters outside of the DC universe. As teased earlier this week, it was time to reveal the three characters set to be included in Fighter Pack #3.

The reveal trailer, which also confirms The Atom and Enchantress for the upcoming "Fighter Pack #3", doesn't get into specifics.

Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael are all here. But one thing is for sure, I'm so, so, so glad that their design is based on the puppets from the 1990 live-action movie instead of those horrendous looking CGI monstrosities in Michael Bay's reboot of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. You can check out the trailer below from MKIceandFire to see the turtles in a half shell kicking butt and taking names in Injustice 2.

Prior to Friday evening's ELEAGUE Injustice 2 World Championship Grand Finals, Warner Bros. and NetherRealm had an exciting announcement for fans watching on TBS, Twitch, and YouTube.

Going by the video, the turtles will be fighting as a team, which means all four will be controlled as one. Though the likes of Constantine didn't make the cut, the reveal still was met with a lot of excitement from fans - especially those that remember that Batman himself fought alongside the turtles in the comics. Regardless of your level of hype, it's a neat little fan tribute to the left field move made for Injustice 2. The game is out now on PS4 and Xbox One.
