Kit Harington is dishing out the details of his reaction to reading the series finale script for Game of Thrones.

He's been playing the character of Jon Snow for nearly eight years and he's become increasingly tied to his colleagues and everyone who works on the set.

At least we know one part of Game of Thrones won't have to come to an end.

And that's not because its lead actor, Kit Harrington of Game Of Thrones fame, has quite the female following, it's because the graphic and brutal scenes were just too much for some people.

"But I cried at the end". You have to remember, I've done eight years of it.

"I think no one really cares about it more than us", Harington said of the cast and crew of the show.

Harington added, 'it's been an institution longer than any other institution I've been in.

He continued: "I get a bit weepy thinking about it. It's gonna be a unusual sort of year saying goodbye to everyone". "Not only you're attached to it, loads of people around the world are attached to it".

The final read-through of the show that recently took place at Belfast in Ireland, was an emotional experience for the actor.

He's even set to marry actress, Rose Leslie, who he met when she briefly played his love interest on the show.

"I rang [the producers] up and I said, 'I'm getting married and it's your fault, actually", he said in an interview with Jonathan Ross in the UK.

'I was like, "You need to factor in a Game of Thrones wedding by the way".

The hit fantasy series, which also stars Lena Headey, Peter Dinklage, and Emilia Clarke, will conclude at the end of season eight, which is due to premiere in either 2018 or 2019.
