Police and city officials did not reply to multiple requests for confirmation that Borden and Ramos' charges are related to the beating of Deandre Harris in the Market Street Parking Garage.

An arrest has finally been made in the brutal attack of Deandre Harris that occurred during the Unite The Right racist rally in Charlottesville, Va. Police arrested Mason, Ohio resident Daniel Borden, 18, Friday evening and charged him with malicious wounding, according to WCPO.

Police were seeking help finding a third man, Alex Michael Ramos, 33, who also was allegedly involved in the beating of Harris. Ramos is now wanted by the Charlottesville police and has a last known address in Marietta, Georgia. "Dan repeatedly requested protection from Charlottesville Police and was ignored".

A woman who had joined the counterprotesters, Heather Heyer, 32, was killed when a auto slammed into a crowd of people.

If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Ramos, contact the Charlottesville Police Department at 434-970-3280. James Alex Fields Jr., 20, of OH, has been charged with second-degree murder in that case.

Police said their investigation into the "vehicle attack" during the protests is also ongoing.

Preston was arrested Saturday on a charge of discharging a firearm within 1,000 feet of a school, and was being held in the Baltimore County jail, police said. He has been in custody since the day of the rally.
