Terrified drivers alerted the Miami-Dade Police about a man with green hair and tattoos on his face standing on the street aiming a firearm at vehicles driving past, NBC 6 reported.

Sullivan was found with a handgun that had six rounds in it.

A man resembling the comic book villain the "Joker" was arrested in Miami, Florida.

According to police, Sullivan told them he didn't have a permit because "it's too expensive". The tattoos around his mouth resemble the scars from Heath Ledger's character in "Batman", and the word "Joker" is tattooed on his forehead.

Sullivan was charged with carrying a concealed firearm, but got no charge for his fashion sense.

Sullivan also tried to waive his right to a public defender, claiming he didn't feel like filling out the paperwork, but the judge was able to talk him out of it. Sullivan is now being held on a $5,000 bond. His bail was set at $5,000, the Miami Herald reports.

Sullivan lives with his mother and listed his occupation as "tattoo model", the paper reported.
